Join us every month for Sundays that make a difference

We organise incredible FREE workshops and a monthly ‘Self-Care Sunday’ Zoom workshop for those who are looking to take their healing to the next level. 

 

These workshops have included topics such as: How to overcome People-Pleasing, Self-Compassion during tough times, Self-Worth in the real world, managing stress and anxiety, dealing with tricky emotions and always with the intention of regulating our nervous systems.

We combine a unique blend of personal development and gentle physical practice (Yoga and Dance Therapy and Guided Meditation).

We believe in a truly holistic and integrated approach to recovery which includes the body as well as the mind and spirit.

 

All events are created with LOVE. We take great care to ensure that every aspect of your health and well-being is looked after and nurtured.
