Why consider coaching?

I spent years trying to work out how to do this by myself, but was only able to fully understand and embrace ‘self-love’ as a living, breathing thing after I'd had coaching. 


I needed someone to hold me and was lucky enough to meet an incredible woman who essentially taught me how to live as a grown-up, who esteemed herself no matter what.


She also taught me to understand that my nervous system is playing a huge part in my healing process.


Her energy was so attractive to me that I asked her to show me how to live from this place of deep self-respect. It was the best investment I have ever made.


Women in recovery deserve this level of deep healing and without it continue to struggle needlessly through life. It can be so much easier than we believe it to be.


I want you to know that you deserve to not only live a life beyond your wildest dreams, but like yourself in the process.


I want every woman in this community and beyond, to know that she can be in her own corner always, and know that all along, she was worthy. 


I want you to know that you are okay, more than okay, you are incredible, exactly as you are, right now, at this moment. I want you to know that you are enough. Your inherent value and worth are not up for debate. Watch your life unfold and change once you start to believe that... 

Coaching is an incredible way of supporting you to get from where you are now to where you really, truly want to be. 

Often, we work on our mind and behaviour, but never get to the root of the problem, which is that our poor bodies and nervous systems are completely frazzled. 

They need our love and we need to find ways to self-soothe and regulate our responses, so that we are not just reacting from our histories. 


You have probably tried EVERYTHING already and are feeling sceptical about investing in coaching. You may be thinking that you should be able to work this out for yourself. I felt that way too, but the truth was, I couldn't. 

You’ve probably read ALL the books, attempted meditation and maybe been through the 12 steps (more than once). You know you deserve more.

  • You over-give your time, energy, love and money at work and/or with friends, partners, and family members.

  • Your relationship with food is tricky and you have not found a solution.

  • You struggle to speak your truth because you fear other people's reactions.

  • You struggle to identify your own feelings and look to others for how you should feel/react, or you suppress your feelings.

  • You feel resentful when your efforts are not reciprocated or acknowledged.

  • You exhaust yourself trying to make everything perfect - but it never feels like you've done enough.

  • You identify as an empath, people-pleaser, rescuer or fixer and your often feel overworked and under-appreciated. 

  • You feel guilty when you prioritise your self-care.

  • You neglect your needs to keep the peace.

  • You may be in a relationship that you know deep down is not healthy, but you feel unable to set boundaries or leave.

  • You haven’t actually considered what your hopes, dreams or goals are for some time, because you have not had the space to breathe.

  • You know that spending money, scrolling on social media, excessively exercising, counting calories or eating for comfort isn’t bringing you joy, but it’s all you have left!

(This is a judgement-free zone, so please don't use this as another stick to beat yourself with – we are often actively encouraged to neglect our own needs).

I get it... I really do. And, I know I can help. I’ve been working with women for two decades and have witnessed incredible transformations. 


This is life-changing work, I don’t say that lightly, but I know it. 

The mind, heart and nervous system are all interacting simultaneously and so we MUST include them all in the recovery process.

'The SELF-LOVE Method' - an intensive, life-changing 4-6 months. What's included?

It was created for women who deserve to live a life full of freedom, peace and abundance, in all areas.


We will:-


  • Uncover the subconscious beliefs & stories that are keeping you stuck (we need to know what is actually going on under the surface)

  • Rebuild a relationship with ourselves that is kind, supportive and encouraging (this changes everything)

  • Heal our nervous systems so that we can actually sustain these changes long-term (no more yo-yo dieting, over-spending, relationship drama, because our body is stuck in fight/flight/freeze and releasing all kinds of hormones)

  • Let go of harmful behaviours because after this work, we no longer feel compelled to abandon and neglect ourselves.

  • Know without one inch of doubt, that we are worthy, lovable and deserving of it all ( whatever that is for us!)

  • Create a life we love and don't want to escape from.

   The Details:

  • Deep dive questionnaire – This is so that YOU can find out what it is you really want to get out of coaching and whether I’m the right person to support you. If I’m not, I will let you know.

  • Getting to know each other chat (30 mins) - This work is not for everyone. It is a deep excavation of the beliefs that you hold, often unconsciously, which are preventing you from living the life and recovery that you deserve.

I offer this consultation free of charge and obligation.

This package is £550 every 4 weeks - Sliding Scale Payments available - please reach out

You will intuitively know if this is right for you. There is no pressure from me as it has to be absolutely your choice.

If you want to go ahead, please know that I am FULLY invested in your journey and that I am here to support and encourage, but also hold you accountable, from a place of deep compassion and empathy.

  • Coaching begins with a 90-minute session to get super clear on what you need. 

  • We then meet fortnightly for a 60 minute call, to go through the actions from the previous weeks.

  • Email support (Mon-Friday) in-between to keep you on track, focused and feeling fully supported.

This is not a ‘quick fix’- although coaching has accelerated my life and recovery exponentially.
